This is a reminder that Vintage Pointe HOA will be hosting a Fall Block Party for our residents on tomorrow, Saturday, Nov 2, from 11 am - 1 pm at the Vintage Pointe Park and Pavilion.  The Block Party was rescheduled from September due to uncertainties of Hurricane Helene's impending impact in Georgia.  We haven't received very many RSVP's to the event using the website form (https://www.vintagepointejga.com/hoa-events) and we hope that you'll please join us for food, fun, games and music.  The weather is forecast to be very nice tomorrow. We look forward to seeing you there.

Good afternoon. The 2024 Annual meeting was held today, Saturday, February 24, 2024. In spite of the very low participation turnout, the meeting was one of the most successful and productive meetings held in recent years. During the meeting, it was suggested that the HOA be signed up for an app, such as WhatsApp, to make it easier for the community to communicate with each other. The Vintage Pointe HOA Board of Directors is seeking Members to join the Socials Committee and Community Liaison Committee. The Socials Committee will assist the Board of Directors with planning events for the community, such as block parties, fireworks displays, holiday decor and graduation announcements. The Community Liaison committee will attend public meetings affecting the community and surrounding neighborhoods and share that information with the rest of the community through a periodic community newsletter and/or other means of communication. The Liaison committee will also be a line of communication between community members and the Board of Directors on community concerns and suggestions.
