There will be a Community Meet and Greet this weekend at the Park Pavilion on Regent St.

"Bring your favorite dish, your tents, tables, and chairs. Let's talk about how to make our community great!"

The HOA website is now accepting names for the community graduation banner. Residents may submit the names and schools of students graduating from elementary, middle, high school, or college.

Submissions must be made by April 15th in order to be printed on the banner. Visit the Student Graduations link at the top of the website to complete the form.

Vintage Pointe Homeowners Association will be hosting our first annual community yard sale. Any homes who want to participate may do so. This is strictly voluntary. The HOA will have signage at both entrances so that those who travel between Taylor Road and Flint River Road can be informed. We will also post on NextDoor. Please share this news with others who may want to visit. At this time, participating homes may use their driveways, garages, and, if necessary, their yard to display items for sale. Please remember to leave your yard clean after the event each day, and free of trash and debris.
